Allen County Public Library’s Genealogy Center invites you to join us this October for 31 Days of Family History Month engagements—a month-long celebration filled with free events designed to help you explore your heritage and preserve your family’s stories.

Whether you're a seasoned genealogist or just getting started, Family History Month offers something for everyone. Throughout October, the Genealogy Center will host an array of workshops, activities, and resources to guide you on your journey to uncovering your family’s past.

About the Genealogy Center

The ACPL Genealogy Center is renowned for having the largest public genealogy collection in the U.S. and the second-largest overall, housing millions of records from across the globe. Our trained genealogists specialize in a wide range of research, including DNA analysis, and have expertise in African-American, Native-American, German, and Jewish genealogy. Significant resources are available only on-site, making the Genealogy Center a must-visit destination for family historians worldwide.
