Event & Meeting Rooms
To reserve these meeting rooms and event spaces outside of regular business hours, please contact the ACPL Events Manager at (260) 421-1274.
Room usage fees vary based on the type of group or individual reserving the space:

Non-Profit Groups or Individuals: Rooms are available free of charge (Class A). However, if the room is used to host an event where admission or fees are charged to guests, a usage fee will apply (Class B).

For-Profit Groups or Individuals: A usage fee will be charged for room reservations (Class C).
Business, Science & Technology Room
(MAX Seating: 12) The BST Meeting Room is located on the second floor. If you need to reserve this space outside of normal business hours please call our Events Manager at (260) 421-1274.

Must be reserved in advance. Unreserved rooms may be booked on a first come, first serve basis.
