Information For Visitors

Globe Room

If entering the building from the West entrance (Ewing Street) the Globe Room is to the left of the security desk and behind the globe. 

If entering the building from the East (Plaza) walk down the Great Hall and the Globe Room will be on your right just past the checkout desk.

Meeting Rooms A, B, & C

If entering the building from the West entrance (Ewing Street), to navigate to the AB&C Meeting Rooms, walk down the Great Hall and turn right just before the elevators. Then turn left when the hall 'T's. 

If entering the building from the East (Plaza) turn left at the security desk. The meeting rooms are on your left (the Maker Lab will be to your right.)

The Theater

Meeting Rooms Guidelines

To navigate to the Theater, walk down the Great Hall and take the elevators across from Readers Services down to lower level 2.

  • Must be reserved in advance. Unreserved rooms may be booked on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • May be reserved for up to 2 hours at a time per group

    • Special consideration may be given for longer uses by contacting branch management

  • May be reserved up to 4 times per month per group

  • May be reserved up to 3 months in advance

  • Room capacities vary by library location


Branch study and meeting rooms are intended to be used by nonprofits and individuals. For-profits as well as those seeking to book private parties, receptions, seminars, etc. may do so through the Main Library.
 
The Library reserves the right to deny applications for use based on the availability of space, availability of staff, frequency of use, or as further outlined in ACPL’s Facilities and Meeting Room Policy.
