How to Get a Library Card All Allen County residents with ID or address documentation may borrow materials for free from ACPL.


Placing Books on Hold Request up to 10 items and get notified when they’re ready.


Interlibrary Loans Can’t find something? Request books, CDs, or articles from other libraries.


Make a Book Purchase Suggestion Suggest a book for the library to buy—we’ll try to add it!


Library at Home Free delivery for patrons who are homebound.
