Social Services Department -What the department can provide or help with.
Applying for benefits (i.e. SNAP, Medicaid/Medicare, Disability, etc.)
Housing related conversations, including conducting housing assessments for the coordinated entry system for Region 3.
Helping with resume building and job searching.
Providing community resource referrals, including information on how to find a mental health provider in the area.
Providing help to accessing treatment related facilities through phone conversations on behalf of patrons.
Other community resource conversations not previously mentioned.

We are not a mental health agency or provider, but can help navigate you to these resources.
We do not provide technological assistance, such as fixing laptops or other devices that may need repaired.
We do NOT provide access to CitiLink bus passes at any of the ACPL library locations.
We do not provide any monetary resource for patrons.
We do not give direct housing to patrons, but we do work with agencies that can provide these resources.
