The Great Hall of the Main Library, which is the hallway in the center of the building extending from the Ewing Street entrance on the west to the Library Plaza entrance on the east, is to be used by Library patrons for its designed and intended purposes only, including for Library-sponsored activities. The designed and intended use of the Great Hall is for Main Library facility entrance and exit purposes and access to circulation counters, information desks and other departments, rooms, features and parts of the Main Library. All other uses shall be prohibited. Prohibited uses shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, petition drives, voter registration, fundraising, solicitation of any kind, public rallies, public assemblies, protests, and other such expressive activities, except as sponsored by the Allen County Public Library.
