Adulting 101: Better Sleep for Teens
Thursday, September 5
7:00-8:00 pm

Allen County Public Library
Main Library - 900 Library Plaza
Meeting Room C

Sleep plays an important role in a teen's health, but unfortunately, many teens don't get the number of hours they need. Only 15% of teenagers get the recommended 8.5 hours of sleep on school nights. Is your teen one of them?

Join us for a discussion with Dr. Aaron Roberts, MD, PPG-Sleep Medicine, where he'll share how much sleep teens need, the things that prevent teens from getting proper sleep, and habits that promote healthy sleep for teens.
