- Any young adult who has completed any grade between 5 and 12 may join.
- Any young adult may join at any Allen County Public Library location.
- The Summer at the Library program begins Monday, June 4 and ends on Friday, July 27, 2007 at 6 p.m.
- Young adults may begin counting reading hours after registration.
- Mark progress on this reading card and return to any ACPL location to receive gifts.
- No substitutions allowed.
- Limit 3 gifts per day.
- Collect your gifts early!
- Last day to pick up prizes is July 27th by 6 p.m.
