Library parking is available at three different locations.

The parking garage is located on the Lower Level of the building and can be accessed from Wayne Street. The parking garage has a clearance of 8 feet 6 inches.

Ground level parking is available in the lot on Wayne Street just east of the building and in the lot on the south side of Washington Boulevard across from the library. 		 
 






Parking is free for residents who have their Allen County Public Library card with them.

For all others PLAC cardholders, cardholders who left their cards at home and non-cardholders, parking is $1 per hour with a maximum charge of $7 per day.

The parking payment /validation machine is in the Great Hall near the checkout desk. The machine accepts credit cards and cash, dispensing dollar coins for change.
