What We're Reading: February 2017

by Becky C | Feb 27, 2017
Ever wonder what library staff like to read?  Wonder no more!  Here's a quick look at some books we've enjoyed this month.  Click on a book cover to check availability — it’s as easy as that!

A Man Called Ove
 Babylons Ashes
Kidding Ourselves
 The Good House
 The Passenger
 Behind Her Eyes
 Books for Living
 The Unbanking of America
 The Fringe Hours
 Hillbilly Elegy
 The Latehomecomer
 My Name Is Memory

Becky CBecky likes to read … A LOT. When she’s not reading, she likes to pretend that she can garden. Her thumb has no hint of green whatsoever but luckily her plants are forgiving. Her favorite books are The Shannara series by Terry Brooks.

Hi Marlene!  While we haven't written reviews of these titles ourselves, most will have at least a summary in the catalog record.

Click the book cover of the title you're interested in.  A listing will appear -- click on the format you'd prefer (audiobook, large print, etc).

Once you have a specific record pulled up, scroll down the page.  You should see options in gray for Summary, Reviews, Excerpts, and more.

If online reviews are available, clicking on the Reviews tab will pull them up.

Hope this helps!  If not, please let me know.

Looks like if I click on a book, I'm ordering it to read. I coud not see how I could get a review first. THX
