* You must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
* You may apply for as many open positions as you like, but please make sure you meet the minimum requirements and are able to work the schedule as posted. Please note that most housekeeping, maintenance and security positions require a valid driver's license.
* If the position requires a skills test, you must pass the skills test in order to be considered for that position. Click here to view the Skills Test Study Guide. The Dewey Decimal skills test may be taken during regular business hours in the Human Resources office or at any of our library branches.
* Skills test scores are held from January 1st through December 31st of each year. If you apply for a position after January 1st that requires a skills test, you will need to take the skills test again for the new year.
If you have applied for a position that is not filled before December 31st, your application for that position only will carry over until that position is closed.
