Trophies will be awarded to first, second and third place in both the junior (ages 11-14) and senior (ages 15-19) divisions. Up to seven honorable mentions may be awarded in each division.
Judging will be done in a blind jury process. Images will be judged on originality, technical excellence, composition, overall impact and artistic merit. This year's judges are local photographer Keven Oswalt and Cara Lee Wade - University of St. Francis Associate Professor of Studio Art and Photography.

Images must be submitted online. No prints will be accepted. Images may be altered digitally so long as all work is that of the photographer. Photos should be submitted with the highest resolution possible so, if chosen for the exhibit, they will result in a print of acceptable quality. Photos with a resolution lower than 800x600 pixels will be disqualified. Photographers may submit up Three (3) photos total. All submissions must received by April 15, 2017. Allen County Public Library will print and frame all photos selected for the exhibit. Submit Your Photos
Step 1 - Each image file must be named the title of the photo. For example, if you have titled a photo "Winter Wonderland" then change the file name of that photo to "Winter Wonderland.jpg". All submissions must be titled.
Step 2 - Completely fill out the entry form on this page. When you reach the uploading section, click on "Select" to choose a photo to upload. If you are entering more than one photo, click "Add another" for another submission box. Continue adding photos until all your submissions are listed, then click on "Submit".
