Yoga for Kids

Yoga for Kids incorporates breathing exercises, flowing movements, games and poses, often woven together in the form of a story. Through these activities children enhance body awareness and concentration, foster creativity and imagination, and cultivate self-esteem. The most important benefit, however, is that children begin to learn to self-regulate, creating peacefulness and calm within themselves.
