About Children's Services
The Children’s Services department of the Allen County Public
Library has much to offer. We are very excited to invite you to our newly renovated library
building, located at 900 Library Plaza (formerly Webster St.), Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Our collection and programs are designed for children (from birth
to those in the fifth grade) and the adults who work with them. Just
to give you an idea of how many books we have: our picture book collection
alone has over 22,000 books!
The library is a fun place to visit. It is also a public place,
where everyone is welcome. Please be safe. Read our Unattended
