• A variety of federal and Indiana state tax forms are available at all ACPL locations.  There are limited quantities so please call ahead to make sure the form you need is in stock.
• Federal Tax Forms , Indiana State Tax Forms, or Other States Tax Forms can be printed from all ACPL locations using a public workstation for 10¢ a page.

• The AARP Tax-Aide program is offering free tax help sessions at some ACPL branch locations. (See schedule below) These drop-in sessions are offered on a first come, first served basis.  Before traveling to a branch, check with your local branch for any cancellations.
  
  
• Those seeking assistance might want to bring: ID; Social Security card(s); copy of their last tax return; real estate tax paid receipt; and any 2011 tax forms that apply (W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-MISC, SSA-1099, RRB-1099).
