Audiovisual Equipment
Art, Music and Media has the equipment listed below available. It's
best to reserve the equipment in advance, which is handled by staff
at the Art, Music & Media information desk, either in person, or by phone (260) 421-1210.
All equipment checks out for 3 days and may be renewed one time, if
there is no one else signed up to use it. Users must be 18 years of
age and have a valid Allen County Public Library card. Newly registered cardholders must wait until they have received and presented their acknowledgment card (or two weeks) before they can check out equipment.
Circulating equipment:
- Opaque projectors (6" by 6" original document size)
- Overhead projectors
- Screens (3 foot or 4 foot sizes)
- Slide projectors (35mm)
In-House Use Only (non-circulating):
- Film (8mm & 16mm) projectors
- Opaque projector (11" by 11" original document size)
- Slide projector (35mm)
- VCR and monitor
- DVD player and monitor
- CD and tape player
Circulating equipment may be booked and checked out for specific three
day periods. Overdue fines are $1 per equipment per day, with no exceptions.
Non-circulating equipment may be used by the public in the
Preview Room of the Art, Music & Media Department. [Viewing of videos and DVDs is limited to those for which the library has public performance rights (PPR). No entertainment movies may be watched in the room.]
